The role will be ensuring clients operate in accordance with Central Bank of Ireland ('CBI') Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities ('UCITS') and Alternative Investment Fund ('AIF') regulations.


We will also guarantee the Depositary function operates in compliance with CBI and Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ('CSSF') regulations and circulars.


We need to be completing Net Asset Value ('NAV') and Investment and Borrowing Restrictions review to sign-off stage within set deadlines.


There is a potential for project work.


You will closely collaborate with colleagues in Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A..
