Job Purpose:


 To provide daily support and guidance to staff within their section and work closely with the Team Lead and the Section Manager of the group to address operational issues and work on other Strategic Initiatives.



Job Background/Context:


 Custody & Issuer Operations Dublin comprises of multiple operations groups supporting our Custody (Global and Direct), Agency Securities Lending and Issuer businesses.                                                    

 Dublin Asset Servicing is responsible for the accurate and timely processing a range of different corporate event types across multiple markets.

 The department interfaces directly with the local market entities including depositary, counterparts and regulators as well as other Citi lines of business, internal and external clients.



Key Responsibilities:


  • The accurate and timely processing & authorisation of all events assigned.
  • Escalate processing errors and potential risks to line manager upon discovery.

  • Ensure accurate MIS recorded on a weekly basis.

  • Monitor and action all client queries.

  • Monitor and allocate all incoming Front End Instructions and advices.

  • Dutch speaker and writer
  • Extensive years of experience working in a corporate actions or custody operations environment

  • Exposure to ESES , ICSD’s, Crest, Euronext, Sweden, Germanic, Spain or Global markets.



  • Ability to multi-task / strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong numerical skills



  • Dynamic and resourceful
  • Self-motivated

  • Positively react to workload changes
