Job Purpose:

 

The EMEA TA Product Manager will be required to drive change and streamline the TA product in EMEA.

The TA Product Manager will support the EMEA TA Product Head in the overall EMEA TA strategy and assist with implementation of key regional initiatives. 

 

Key to success will be enabling operational efficiency, ensuring readiness for upcoming regulations impacting Transfer Agency and consolidation of the business on to one core platform in the short to medium term. The role focuses on alignment of execution strategy with operations, technology, product risk, compliance and other functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead Regulatory Change initiatives such as GDPR in ensuring Transfer Agency and our clients are well prepared and kept up-to-date on all upcoming regulation impacting TA
• Project prioritization to maximize resource utilization
• Manage revenue realization opportunities around clients and external vendors
• Identify Product build capabilities and growth opportunities
• Support annual budget management processes
• Directly engage with operations, technology and regional business management on common objectives
• Support the system consolidation initiative to one platform for TA in the region
• Support global requirements prioritization and  program governance
• Act as the local SME for industry groups, participate in forums and become the advocate of change in the TA landscape
• Support the CE and Sales teams as the SME for TA in the region
• Partnering with operations to increase the operating efficiency of the business
• Build repository of market / competitor intelligence


Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

 

•Extensive  years professional experience within TA services/operations
•Ability to work independently
•Proven track record of leading large, complex projects involving cross-functional teams, commercially minded.

 

 

Skills/Competencies:

 

• Strong analytical, data management, financial metrics and reporting skills
• Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) at all organizational levels.
• Results/task orientated with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize effectively and resolve conflicting priorities.

 


Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
• Understanding of investment products (mutual funds and other structured products) and securities market
• Extensive years of experience industry experience
