Job Purpose: 

We are seeking a lead .NET developer who is experienced in building enterprise level, scalable UI applications and is confident in providing technical leadership for a large, global development team. 


The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of a world-class corporate banking application CitiDirect BE® Payments.

The appropriate candidate will aim to continuously improve client service and be actively encouraged to seek innovative ideas and fresh thinking for technical solutions to business requirements.


The ideal candidate will be a dependable and resourceful team player.


Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, test and implementation of a large scale .NET MVC software solution
• Liaise with multiple technology teams, UX design teams, operations and product partners to devise and develop a best in class client experience. 
• Provide governance over the deliverables of an offshore development team and drive quality initiatives
• Scope for influencing design and architecture
• Providing second line production support for the developed software solutions.

Knowledge / Experience

• Extensive years ASP.NET development experience
• Extensive years ASP.NET MVC development experience; Strong ASP .NET MVC design and development experience including nUnit
• Extensive years in a team lead position
• Experience with client side web technologies (html, css, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS)
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience integrating with SOA Web Services
• Experience working with source control techniques such as branching, merging, automated builds etc




• Highly experienced at front end development for large enterprise level web based solutions
• Excellent team work, verbal and communication skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including experience mentoring and coaching developers
• Values strong quality processes such as code review, continuous integration, automated deployments etc




• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience working with innovative and emerging technology.
